A £30 Weekly Meal Plan for Families

Feeding a family feels like feeding an army – and the prices at the till don’t help. I’ve challenged myself to keep a whole week of family meals under £30, and honestly? It’s possible with a bit of planning, a freezer full of yellow-sticker wins, and kids who don’t complain too much.

Here’s a simple 7-day meal plan that keeps bellies full and budgets happy. Tried and tested

Final Thought

This plan won’t win MasterChef, but it keeps the kids fed, the fridge stocked, and the bank balance intact. And that’s the point – budget meals don’t have to be boring, they just have to work.
