A Gentle Reminder, Mama πŸ’•

Hey Mama,
I see you.

I see the endless to-do lists, the school runs, the laundry piles, the snacks, the meltdowns, the questions, and the noise that never seems to stop. I see how much you give, every single day, without pause.

But here’s what I need you to remember: you matter too.

You need your time. Not stolen scraps, not five minutes hiding in the bathroom, but real time. Time that’s yours. Time where you can breathe, laugh, cry, drink your coffee hot, or just be.

Taking time for yourself doesn’t make you selfish. It makes you human. It makes you stronger. It reminds you that before you were “Mom,” you were you — and that person still deserves care, love, and space.

So please, don’t wait for permission. Take your time, your way. You deserve it, and the world (and your kids) will be better for it.

From one tired, caffeine-fuelled mama to another: you’re doing an amazing job. But don’t forget to look after the woman behind the mom.

I'm working on a freebie for you wonderful mamas...πŸ’•
